Yeah, it’s copyrighted and it’s best if you share it on itch.io because Nintendo would sue you if you put it on Steam.
nintendo would sue you into permanent poverty if you tried to do that.
That would be unwise. Nintendo still owns Mario and attempting to put it on Steam would cause a lawsuit the size of a mountain to be hurled on you. Best to stay under the radar.
